Painfully unrealistic. Most girls/women have severe pain in a mid to late term abortion. She was literally out bowling while her uterus was contracting to prepare to expell the soon to be dead fetus. Abortion is always a hard decision it usually comes with way more emotion than was portrayed in the movie. Way more conflicting than and painful. I feel like they were afraid to show anyone leaning one way or the other. Not many women are heartless enough to go through that without shedding a tear. No matter how the pregnancy cam to be.
