This is one of the worst films I have ever watched!! Inaccurate and belittling; no wonder the French are incensed.
The depiction of Josephine is horrendous and the sexism and misogyny pervading the 2023 film script is disgusting. I’ve walked out in the second half - just can’t watch any more!
