After watching many iterations of Godzilla both in the cinema and on streaming this is the most authentic version of Godzilla that I've ever seen. As I'm sure there are many people out there that know that Godzilla came to being in the Japanese psychy after the nuclear bombs being unleashed on there country. The message is that nuclear war is not a solution but just antihalation of a beautiful people who were controlled by greedy, warmongering politicians who only cared about their own standing. The Emperor of Japan was ,as I can see it, just a figurehead who's position in the Japanese culture that was controlled and manipulated by politicians who worked with the European and Americans to forge an Empire. This cost the lives of millions of Japanese people and ended with nuclear destruction. The situation that caused this catastrophic carnage was forged in power hungry,greedy politicians who had no care about the people!

All a bit convoluted, not a patch on Batman Begins. Very slow and uninteresting for the first half,then when you think it might pick up it doesn't. The batmobile! What can I say? or more to the point what can I see.A souped up Mustang or Dodge, didn't see that much. Dark and moody is all very well however if you don't care or can even be bothered about the characters this becomes obsolete. Underwhelming to say the least, the presence of Batman in the story was basically not required.It was a detective film with some stunts filmed in a cellar,it was so dark.

What can I say, Why make a load of inferior sequels to a classic action film when you can make a smart,intelligent, gripping and well made prequel? Thank you to everybody involved in making 'Prey'.I thought I would never witness a worthy partner to the original. Absolutely brilliant! Everybody involved in the making of this film should be recognised for rescuing the franchise. Predator 2 was good but the brilliant Ridley Scott erased that and the atrocious AvP films off the board with 'Prometheus'. Thank you Ridley! .Whoever came up for Prey is a genius and I do hope the stories of a 'Predator ' series are wrong! All I can say is remember Robocop 3 and the appalling series that followed! Many many thanks!!

I would give the film 2 stars but the incidental music, soundtrack is so bad it obliterates the entire film. I'll add extra review when I find out who scored and edited the music in this movie! Sorry wrote this review 3/4 of the way through.Scarface, one of my favourite films, The Untouchables, Mission Impossible all brilliant and many more besides. The music 'Pino Donaggio' is a disgrace, totally out of sync, ruined any semblance of a decent thriller, and Mr De Palma, was this to pay the mortgage!!! You're better than this.Ps: watched on Sky, why 4 star rating? Question, does Brian De Palma have an evil twin? I am so angry.

Enjoyed the film, script good, acting good, fight scenes well choreographed and a tongue in cheek attitude. Good Saturday night entertainment, however I do have one minor issue, although there are some people out there who have many issues, and that is the scene on the bus.I don't re-watch films to pick holes in them, this is the first viewing of the film, but the bus that turned up was a modern one with front and middle doors however the 2 characters entered the the bus at the rear on an open platform and paid a conductor! Then proceeded to the top deck of an old routemaster, what kind of sorcery is this?

Excellent, I've just watched the first episode and from that I can only say welcome back Star Wars. All attempts, no matter how well meant, have not been able to capture the simplicity and humour of the original three films. For a series, at first look, to achieve this should be congratulated. Scared at first from viewing this after so many film to series let downs is a breathe of fresh air. You've taken all the convoluted nonsense out and consentrated on the characters and story. Thankyou Jon Favreau and team.

Absolutely brilliant, I can understand why this version wasn't released in cinemas. Too long ,bums on seats, however this version is far superior to the theatrical and Blu-ray versions. Many thanks to Zak Snyder this has a completely different tone and direction compared to the theatrical release. I do hope there is going to be a follow up however in this current climate I understand this is a trial. I just thought I'd say thanks for allowing the audience to see your full vision, Wide-screen next time please!!!!! It's probably cool, but why?
