It goes as well as any other game released in the last 2 years. Which is a mix of unfinshed ideas and pushed out to fast. You can tell it needed more time. Biggest issue I have is how aggressive the hunger/stamina is. Like wow. Its so hard to enjoy the flow of the game when I'm crazy hungry and the yellow bar is constantly draining out. Then you die and loose your boat. I have paid $ for this, so I'll be dammed if I let these mechanics get the better of me. Because I'm sailing away, hopefully not away from this game. In all, if windbound is on sale and you are really stretching for a survival game sure. Get it. But beware there is a learning curve that you have to stick with. Or you will rage quit and possibly never look at it again. Do not pay full price for this game.
