Wow. This movie proved that even three Academy Award-winning actors can't save a poorly written script and truly bad direction. Rami Malek was brutally miscast in his role (interesting/solid actor, but didn't believe him here for a second), Jared Leto was okay, but had easy duty in his potential serial killer, and Denzel....oh Denzel...shame on you for taking on this total piece of trash story. In fairness, he remained true to his craft, but again, comically poor direction and a lackluster story that just dredges on and on can bring out the worst in the best. Do yourself a favor and make some popcorn at home and watch Training Day, Dallas Buyers Cub and Bohemian Rhapsody again...you'll have a much better time watching great, well-directed stories with these fine actors.
