Too much time taken to build the plot. Ava is taking more than anythig to get serious. A company that can build such a powerful machine, doesn't have more than 7 to 10 agents to protect the most important shield they require to complete the machine. In the end of 5 episode, we still don't know why Shanon was killed and what was their mission. And yet ava is still chilling relaxing to win the small fights. I say I wasted my time, it's better I would have watched any other series which would have logic.
