I just finished watching the last episode 😭 😢 I HATE THE ENDING, but I still give it 5 stars, Well deserved performance 👏 but, if you want to see it as cup half full, then, I couldn't get enough of it. Or Half empty would more like, no satisfying complete scenes, it kept missing the mark on romance, staying engaged throughout, it was hard not to get lost. Colors, custom, the whole production was great, just the ending really sucked. They better have season 2, lots of loose ends!

Waited for this to air for couple of years because of SHAWN DOU. He is absolutely handsome, charming with a seductive smile. captivating performance ❤ His Sincerity in betraying every emotion is so intense and such delight to watch. Love the story, and the cast is spot on for each character 👏👌 thank you for providing English subtitles. The female lead with Shawn nailed her part and their chemistry is beautiful. More of wonderful scripts for Shawn please, he is gem multi talent and its wise to invest in him💖 **My final thought on the last episode; its poorly written With lots of loose ends!Who the hell would reject SHAWN DOU?? Doesn't matter how miserable real life is but it can't have that many misunderstandings, miscommunication when they have THAT MANY OPPORTUNITIES TO HAVE IT CLEARFIED 😕 it could have been way better,Even with happy ending it's still not satisfying. very disappointed in the writer!

Brilliant mind for creative plots and stunning strategies, Well written 👏 even though I wasn't satisfied with unanswered questions at the end of it, nonetheless, the cast was AMAZING.especially Hu Ge❤ my favorite part was his time with his young disciple the adorable Leo Wu as Feiliu 😁❤❤❤ I finished the 54 episodes in 3 days 45 minutes each episode, that should tell you something 😁 again it's really good but I wished for different ending but then again that's why we have chinese dramas to remind us life isn't peachy, not always at least 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

It's actually very sweet, romantic and funny love story ❤ lighthearted indeed. Believe it or not it could have been shorter than the 24 episodes but I enjoyed it so it's OK. I miss this kind of pure sweet connections. Worth watching 👍❤

Diliraba is an outstanding actress.here she's showing off her raw talent in an effortless performance and her captivating natural beauty is just a bonus. I really wished her to be with her equal the stunning star Vengo Gao, they would have absolutely ROCKED IT. Other than that it's really good. It is so good you'll be crying a lot. The sacrificial love, the unconditional love of the country and people is so intense and beautifully highlighted. The moral of the story is all about honor living, keeping of the promise and putting others first it's only done by amazing warriors that are on battlefield. It really painted the horror of the war and its misery in outstanding way. Job well done indeed and great cast absolutely wonderful ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I only watched it because of Vengo Gao, fell in love with him in 10 miles of peach blossoms and eternal love of dreams which he did a fantastic job especially with Diliraba, outstanding performance. So I had high expectations. Actually my other favorites are Yang Mi and Yi Lai. I was hoping for more. I'm not going to lie, especially Vengo Gao, the girl that played opposite of him, did not match at all and they were way off, he SHINES BEST WITH DILIRABA. YI Lai wanted more for him. Yang Mi like always, beautiful, and certain scenes reminded me of Princess agent. It's captivating, great Martial arts. All in all it was really good.

I fell in love with both Vengo Gao & Dilraba when I watched ten miles of peach blossoms 🌸. And to see them together here loved them even more. I understand it was done few years back, but I wish the colors, makeup and clothes were more vibrant and full of life. Also, wished to see the wedding and see Dong Hua reaction in a form of a recap (memories)from 10 miles of peach blossoms 🌸. More of expressive romance wouldn't hurt either. Hoped to see Lian Song married to his love as well. To be honest, I enjoyed all the characters, especially Si Ming, this guy is funny and did an awesome job 👌 one of my absolute favorite episodes is 21🥺 the CHEMISTRY between Dilraba and Vengo Gao is of the charts🔥🔥🔥. Absolutely stunning together and would love to see more of them in the future. If its possible, a modern day drama action, detective police kind of work as long as they end up together ❤ 😉 I hope they find wonderful scripts where they can truly show off their talent. I've watched it 10 times since march and I've watched many others, but this one just stayed with me. I am so glad that I found it. What a talent 👏 job well done.

Even though it had sad ending 😔 but I have great appreciation for the amount of work and diligence of the cast. Dilraba was wonderful. Vin Zhang however was absolutely fantastic.
