So they never directly told us his identity, never revealed the contents of his letter to Liz, never had him even think about Liz (honestly, I thought that, if he died, he would at least see Liz, even if it was just him saying her name with a look of joy on his face), made a point of having Cooper call Red Agnes' grandfather (and then heartlessly taking that away from her), never showed us what Red gave Dembe when they split, never really told us the fates of anyone on the task force but Dembe(and that wasn't a clear answer since we don't know what he'll do), never explained his illness or what happened to it but then conveniently dropped it in out of nowhere, and then gave the viewers the one thing we didn't want to see--Red's bloodied, broken body!! The last few minutes, to me, were a huge middle finger to the viewers who stayed with the show for 10 years and deserved better, as did our beloved Raymond.
