I like 20/20 but it is really hard to hear the story line because the music/sounds is sooo loud. Background noise should Not be louder than the story being told. I would give 20/20 five stores if it wasn’t for the loud volume. There are several times I could not listen to the story. Instead I will watch Dateline or 48 Hours. Could you please lower the sounds. Thank you. Susie.
