Tried to be cryptic and different at the start, but soon fell into the typical plotline: a son, a daughter, a lover-ho-hum. Unrealistic scenarios.

Some exciting action scenes, but the mistake (other than predictability) is the premise that reincarnation would only happen on planet Earth. But then how would the hero get to “save the world” otherwise?

I realize this is different than most shows. But the way it’s presented has no clarity of purpose, too many obtuse characters, and no understanding of the end game. Ok, this may intrigue the viewer for awhile, but not for the long haul. Scenes with characters saying cryptic lines, after pregnant pauses of staring at each other and through which 20 trucks could go before they speak does not bring meaning, intensity or understanding to the viewer. Destroying worlds to reach paradise is ridiculous and achieving transcendene via consciousness is far simpler to achieve. I gleaned no importance of the god particle, the origin or even the blsck hole of darkness. As a viewer, i did not enjoy this manipulative nonsensical drama.

It just goes to show that no matter what stars are in a movie, it doesn’t make it good. Thought-provoking? Headache-inducing. Did I care about any of these characters? Not one. Did the sequences have any cohesion? None. Did it go on forever? Yes!

The storyline lacks clarity. No reasoning for the killer to be as he was. Main girl’s escape was such a let-down. Dragged on and on.

Oh dear! So drawn out and confusing! Why hadn’t the ghosts found the eyes before? Why did they have to resurrect the main man? Who would ever see him the same again? Why was this girl the only one to send? What did she ever do but jump scares? Sorry I watched it. Not scary.

Great set-up of characters and situation. But it couldn’t keep up the Shakespearean farce for too long.

This movie drove any excitement or humor I had right down the drain.

This overlong boring cartoon of a movie should have been animatted for kids. Liam Hemswirth was not a villain and Tom Burke was not a hero. A villain wearing a parachute and a teddy bear, who cracks up in the end is not an effective villain. A hero who suddenly voices the only philosophy in the entire movie, had the most boring monologues which were so out of place-even as he was dying ( an overlong) death. Cars and trucks, not cleverly disguised to be apocalyptic, were everywhere. Ho-hum. I think the script and direction was garbled. I would never recommend.

Such a grim story, with no lightness to it. The climax was no surprise, so there should’ve been more character delineation leading up to it. Instead, there was a truly dreadful music score. Anne Hathaway’s acting saved the whole movie.
