Dreadful. As a big fan of medieval English history I was eager to see this, but what a botched job. Doesn't ring true to the period or characters at all. Read Edith Pargeter's The Bloody Field for a much more compelling tale of Hal, Hotspur, and Henry IV. If only someone would adapt that for TV!
