Rowland Gallagher

As a fellow Belfast Lad, growing up during the troubles, this was a truly superb read. John provides an honest, frank and sometimes disturbingly sad take on his challenges growing up in Loyalist West Belfast, hiding the darkest of secrets and how he coped with various tragedies in his life. It was great to read how he worked through his issues and found some kind of peace from his demons. Kudos to John for being so transparent and open, in penning his experiences.
