The learning curve is easy to figure out, especially for an action/RPG. The story is fairly interesting and the characters are designed well. They look great considering it's a Nintendo switch. You can see some pixelation and alaising of course because it's a switch but it still looks surprisingly good. I haven't beat it yet but I just got my 5/5 legion. The fighting is so fun. It's a little too easy, or maybe I'm just really good at it. It's easy to dodge and the character is very agile. With the help of the legion, you can deal extreme damage. If you hit A right when the monster dies, you do this fancy finish that has a cut scene and max's your health. Sick game.
