I wonder what this book would say if he actually had some real world problems and had to apply this to dealing with stressful situations, he had a paid higher education, paid trust fund to buy land/house, great parents, great friends, great contacts from his paid education that led to a great career, making the act of “just letting go” a lot easier considering there wasn’t much to be worked up about or stressed out about …. I feel like this book should rather be sold under the “biography and positive message” section rather than spiritual awakening/selfhelp section and marketed thus.
