RTG has a whole host of problems they don’t want to address. The cpu play calling is repetitive and not situational at all. I will be down a score or up 3 late the opposing team has momentum and on 3rd & 4 my coach only lets me choose from 3 run plays. There’s no ability to audible even with max coach trust which isn’t realistic at all and possibly looked over? Coaches trust gives you more play change options but you only get 2 plays other than the original to choose from for every use. After a few updates it doesn’t seem like they’re doing anything with it. The passing controls are inconsistent. The cpu players on your team are clueless as well. You would think the cpu would be better than in 14 but it’s significantly worse. Only reason I play is because team builder, the traditions and uniforms, and being able to play a college dynasty with friends. Each skill rating of a player is weighted too much. There’s no reason a player with 90 speed but low pursuit can’t catch someone who’s an 86. Also awareness is too weighted. Choice routes are useless with a good bit of teams receivers because they make the wrong decision. If you try to anticipate the throw how a qb would irl it 9/10 results in a pick. This game has lots of issues and a month into playing it’s really not fun. As someone who stopped playing madden bc of cheese ,or being able to win without any actual football knowledge this game is not fun. I hate to say it but it just isn’t. They should’ve waited another year and just had every developer play ncaa 14 and watch videos on it to use the features that people enjoyed from that game.
