This is a criminally underrated Star Wars movie in my opinion. While it does serve as a setup of sorts for the Revenge of the Sith, it is still an entertaining movie and a must see for all Star Wars fans. This movie definitely has more romance than any of the other movies. There is also sort of a mystery aspect to it, as Obi-Wan goes on a search to find out who tried to assassinate Padme. A few new planets are introduced, and some revisited. We see Anakin experience his first real touch with the dark side, which is a prelude of what is to come. While there are bits and peices of action throughout the movie, the final act is the real payoff. This movie has arguably the largest ground scale battle of any of the movies, and the lightsaber duels at the end are highly entertaining as well. This is also our first glimpse at Yoda showing us his reputation of a warrior. Count Dooku played by Sir Christopher Lee is a treat as well. And lets be honest, Padme is pretty smoking hot in this movie haha. But in conclusion, I would recommend this movie to any Star Wars fan as it delves more into Anakin Skywalkers character and shows his development to a greater extent than the Phantom Menace (which is also a good movie but for different reasons). The entertainment factor still holds up every time, and as a Star Wars fan this still remains one of my favorite movies in the franchise.
