I love this show along with Chicago Fire and Chicago PD. They are my absolute favorites. However, just one complaint -- the background music is way too loud!! I miss a lot of the dialog of the actors due to the music drowning it out. I hope Dick Wolf or someone on his staff can do something about the volume of the music. Background music is okay, but just not so loud.
