Really good watch. You don’t have to be a wrestling fan to enjoy this movie. Florence Pugh shows her versatility with a great performance. Well casted with strong performances across the board. Underdog story with likable characters you will root for.

Enjoyed this movie. No good guys to root for, but suspenseful, fun, and well acted.

I liked this movie, but if you went thinking it was non-stop action like the trailer suggested, then you may have been disappointed. Most of the action occurred in the last 15 minutes. The movie was more involved and they could have made another separate movie with just the Chicago political subplot. This easily could have been a 10 episode mini-series as a political/heist movie combined. The acting was very good across the board - forgiving Colin Farrell his exaggerated accent. Daniel Kaluuya was intoxicating in every scene he appeared. Love the way the movie was filmed. Filming a conversation in a car without showing the characters and watching the neighborhood evolve from the hood of the car - that was cool. Good movie, good story, well directed and acted.

I took my wife and she thought it was a little slow moving. I liked it. Good performances from Redford and Spacek and I thought Tom Waits stole the parts he was in. Love Tom Waits.
