True fan won’t like it. It’s reduced into some romantic action comedy. A lot of it doesn’t make sense and is not in line with the old franchise. E.g the relationship between a Sith Lord and a Jedi has always been hostile and their battles have always been epic. In this movie Ray and Ren were FaceTiming each other more times than a couple fresh from honeymoon
