A movie can not be rated purely based on the acting skills of actors, specially when it has purpose to convey message to society at large. If so only Dr. Brahmanandam gets all credit and he was truly at his best showing another side of his. But I feel the story and sequences are impractical and baseless. my rationale are as below. 1. No friend in this world can poison his friend just to make him overcome his grief. Even ordinary friend will always try to revive and probably show a purpose for life and support in achieving this. only extreme thinkers can possibly do this. 2. Parents can never be so selfish- Prakash Raj role is nice in one perspective but full of selfishness and centered around him and him and him. He lived his life on his own terms without much taking care of his family and spending time with his children except for his own satisfaction of fulfilling his professional ambitions. He confesses this when he declares his retirement. 3. He wanted life at his terms even after retirement and in such case he should not have passed on his properties to his children and expect them to live as per his choices and not have their own terms of life specially during their prime period. His children and not Bad at all, they were full of care for parents and affectionate, but they also wanted to live life at their terms and in the process did make some simple humanistic errors and even apologized and wanted to make corrections. 4. Both parents were Selfish and seen things in too much Magnifying lens and Punished children for Life. Specially to the daughter, it was really harsh and no parents will treat their children in this manner. Both parents basically killed her alive by not listening and accepting her apology. She will have to bare this for her entire life. The movie also doesn't show how Prakashraj treated his parents in thickest of his professional life. For me this is poorly conceived and poorly portrayed and does not get any stars. Pl watch HOME a Malayali movie superbly and practically picturized, a story of three generations.
