While it had a lot to say, this book said too much. It had long, rambling prose that seemed intended more to please the writer than the reader. It was a slog, and tough to get through.

This show is fantastic. It has clever murder mysteries, but it is never too gruesome, plus there is always humor. I feel like the characters are my family now. I have really enjoyed watching before I go to bed, because I am always happy, satisfied and well-entertained after each episode.

Fascinating account of the early development of Christianity as told by an historian. It got a little heavy for me towards the end with all the hair-splitting early Christians were doing about Jesus’s divinity.
