The documentary really says that all behind the transgender movement is our culture's definition of identity which could be boiled down to the statement: "I feel, therefore I am". The documentary also portrays political pundit Matt Walsh as an American who is just trying to understand this movement according to various figures with many questions and the central question answered at the end of the documentary being: "what is a woman?"
