Parts of the movie you can tell the movie was Americanized for American taste. The Kimono is a Japanese form of clothing for women not Chinese. The makeup was also wrong on Mulan when she had to go get ready to be matched, it looked very Japanese. Concern is raised when one wonders why the real Chinese cast didn't speak up to the Directors when creating the movie more authentic. The movie was very stereotypical and reflects that the creator thinks all Asian are the same.
