A very good game show with lots of exciting outdoor challenges for people to see the warriors do (for your safety, it's best not to copy the majority of challenges yourself, ones like Demon Square are safer).
The game format used shows who can be the most skilled over two sets of challenges (the heats and the finals), both have the same number of warriors to start on the first two days. These warrior emblems you can see can be found in real life like the tree and the sun.
I liked the Demon Square challenge, that one you are feel free to play along at home along with the Riddle Bridge. One of the most famous challenges, the Way of the Warrior, bears similarity to the Total Wipeout and Ninja Warrior courses, all of which involves elimination. Also the show is known for the catchphrase "let the challenge begin".
The naughties has delivered one of the best game shows and might have boosted tourism in and around the areas where it was filmed.
