The storyline was a bit weak, and the actors were subpar at best. The movie felt long and even boring at times. It seems Warner Brothers was planning for this movie to be a huge success regardless what it put out. The actors seemed like they were just there to do a job in front of the camera without any real passion of each unique character/fighter of the Mortal Kombat franchise. I was so excited when I heard Warner Brothers was making a full scale big budget Mortal Kombat movie, and I was so planning on giving it a good review- I'm not the hardest person to please. I'm a huge Mortal Kombat fan, but this movie just doesn't cut it- no pun intended. I'll stick to the games for now.
