Im a fat person (23yr 5’3” 248lb Female). I got this game because I was looking for a way to exercise without needing to go out. And also because I am highly motivated by video games. I started playing pretty much daily since October 22nd. It’s now November 11th. When I started I was 255. I lost 7lbs. I must point out that I am pairing this with a diet. But all in all I love the game. It keeps me motivated. The content is very engaging and fun. I’ve now started to be able to do things I wasn’t able to do before (certain stretches, certain exercise positions). I’m also a very weak person. Holding a gallon of milk makes my arm shake. I feel like this game helps me with my strength too which is nice. It gives you an all around exercise. I use this game in multiple ways. I only do one intense workout a day where I give it my all and sweat and get sore. But throughout the day I sometimes redo old stages and “go for walks.” The scenery in the game is nicer than my neighborhood so I don’t get bored. The mini games are legit creative. The game has become part of my daily life and I’m sure it’ll stay that way. I’m sure this game can’t get you “ripped” but my goal with the game is to get into a healthy and “normal” state, which I’m sure I’ll be able to do just fine.
