Someone left this book on a plane so I thought I’d give it a read. Made it halfway through before checking the Google reviews to make sure I wasn’t going crazy. Perhaps I’m not refined or smart enough to understand it, but it was just an endless circle of endless, repeated conversations. How many times does GH need to say “we didn’t want to startle you” and how many times does the white couple (can’t even remember their names) need to reply that they weren’t scared…then a little scared…but not scared. Only for GH to ONCE AGAIN say they weren’t trying to scare them. Seems like someone left this book on a plane on purpose
