I generally don't care for dramatizations of real life events, or let's say, I go into them cautiously. This is because they usually distort the events substantially, or are so poorly executed. This movie? Wow. Really incredible. Directed by Ron Howard, great acting by all, true to the events, and shows the culture, faith, and sacrifice of the people of Thailand. It also shows the beauty of the service of those who were not even called upon, but volunteered. Sometimes, humans are really great. <3

I typically do not like horror movies as I feel they are too dark. However, this is more of a thriller and had a lot of light amidst the darkness. Incredible acting by everyone, including each and every child actor. Casting knocked it out of the park, that is for sure. I highly recommend this film.

So good. So refreshing, sweet, just great.

Watching as it airs. Great show.
