Anyone who enjoys this film needs psychiatric help. Even the writers. Even if you are vegan you should not enjoy watching this. Just as meat eaters should not enjoy watching animals being tortured. I also find it highly unrealistic. Every farm I've ever been to let's animals roam around in a field, gets cleaned, medical attention, baby animals get bottle fed. Animals are slaughtered separately from where they sleep. Vets are often brought in to monitor the animals. This is very highly exaggerated on how animals are treated on a farm. Newborn baby animals aren't just grabbed and bashed against the floor. Regardless of your belief on whether animals should be consumed, you can not deny that this is the writings of a sick individual with a breeding kink. I get the message but it's no different to a meat eater writing a movie with animal torture to prove a point to vegans. Let's not forget that male lead was incredibly dumb with zero awareness of his surroundings. The females instincts were spot on despite her coming across as rude to people. When she escaped, she would seemingly walk past people's View without getting noticed and she would go back and forth within the farm except trying to exit. It's also insane that one of the farm workers were using a seemingly working and reliable car but when she tried using it, the engine gave up coincidentally. What a cliche. I also did not notice how the boyfriend escaped and randomly stumbled across her instead of trying hard to find her. It's also odd that when he escaped he didn't release everyone else along the way to at least create a distraction with many people trying to escape at once giving him and his girl a higher chance of survival. Overall this movie was absolute garbage. Don't waste your time.
