Spoilers! It is so bad I want to give you a 0 but that’s not possible so I give you a 1. I just watched it bc who doesn’t like an alright maybe 3 star shark movie? It started off ok I think the plot was interesting, but I think there were a lot of common sense or just dumb moments like when the cop was being rude to Sofia but he felt bad for her and started believing her when he learned her crew and specifically her husband died, that just doesn’t make any sense. Or how the homeless guy just died even though he was on land unless he fell in, they made it seem like the shark jumped out of the water and ate him. I don’t think this was supposed to be funny where all the shark lovers tried getting the shark out to the ocean but they all end up dying or getting hurt but I found it hilarious and when the girl stayed in the water and pet the shark bc she thought she was different got eaten. Super goofy death scenes that I didn’t even feel bad for bc they could have all been fine if they just stayed on the edge of the wall and waited for backup after the girl got eaten. I also don’t understand how the friend of the girl died I assumed drowning or being trampled but it confused me. The autopsy scene where all she did was touch the shark like on the face and side and cut it open and we knew the whole story of the shark. it was confusing to see all the sharks that were born being that big bc where were they all hiding for 2 months. also didn’t like how they just made a new species, even the things said about sharks in the movie didn’t seem right, I think it could have been a cool idea if they made it right. The ending was so bad I don’t even want to talk about it. This was a total let down.
