I'm new to AI and not an IT expert, so I can't critique precise concepts and terminology. However, as a general user working in digital health, I've kept myself informed about the role AI plays and will play in our ecosystem. In my personal view, this book is well-structured, providing a high-level overview of how we got to AI and addressing the deepest questions that most non-tech workers have, such as "what will happen to me, my job, my children, and the future of our society." For me, the book encourages rethinking AI on philosophical, historical, and geopolitical levels, as if AI might be considered an extension of our evolution if we ever achieve self-aware AI. I believe every reader will perceive this book differently based on their professional background, experience, and exposure to AI.
