I love Ethan Hawke as an actor, so was surprised I'd not come across this sooner. This was an unexpected treat, and definitely one I would recommend to people. I wouldn't say it was a fast paced end-to-end action film, undestandibly, as they put abit more focus towards developing the plot/characters as it went along, but certainly as realistic as you could get (no bullet proof suits in this world). As others have raved, Ethan's performance was solid and so were the other main characters, notably Summer who I can't believe has not had the opportunity to appear in any block buster action films since. She was slick in this... even the young actor who played her son was pretty cool. Good plot, good locations/setting, GREAT acting. 👍

Absolutely detest Jessica...great acting! She was like T-bag from prison break, someone you love 9 hate. Hats off to the entire cast. But the characters of Jess and Gabriel in particular were played superbly...something intriguing about both of them.This was captivating from start to finish. The Harry Potter references were a nice touch. I can't wait for season 2!!!
