Abe McSpadden

No character development to speak of, gratuitous attempts to shock the viewer, and I still don't know what the commentary was. The movie seems to think that it has a point. It tries really hard to have a point without putting in the work to pursue a central idea. It sometimes thinks it's queer cinema, sometimes thinks it's class commentary, sometimes thinks it finds the intersection. Spoiler: it isn't and doesn't. Scratch this itch with a better thriller that has something to say. Or watch music videos.
