Robert Bartles

This was a terrific portrayal of redemption in the old west fantasy genre so successful in films like 'Unforgiven' and 'Open Range'. The characters were well developed and the classic tension between father and son as the son began to come to grips with the truth about his father's past and the need to balance that with his love for a man he never knew.
