Very inspirational movie for youth of India. Some where direction in first half is not effective but the second half is awesome. A must watch movie I really don't understand critics who give 4 stars to lukka chhupi type movie and 1 star for this kind of movie. It's a biopic, don't expect any item number type masala. Very good and dedicated person of India need respect. Vivek oberoi done excellent work after sathiya. 4/5 🌟 (1 deducing because of direction)

Batti Gul meter chalu is a well directed with good screenplay and dialogues. Shahid kappor done a very good job. Movie shows friendship, love and social issue. I think metro people can't understand the feelings more but it's really a good subject for small town people. Fist half is entertaining and second half is beautifully executed with facts. I loved the concept acting and dilouges of movie. Must say...good one for Shahid after a long time.

Very good movie in terms of acting direction and story. A beautiful realtion shown of a son and dad. Hats off to Ranbir kapoor. Emotional movie but music was not good.
