THe bad reviews are downers who didn't follow the rules, or the plan. Many were kicked out of the group or blocked from commenting for saying rude things and bashing. The group is there to keep you going and push you to success. I have done several rounds and kept it off 2 years then had a rough surgery. I struggled with many other plans but this has variations to fit everyone!!! Just realize, I've been bullied and have PTSD, so if they were this bad and toxic, believe me, I'd be the first to call it out as such! THe naysayers are because they didn't get their way in some capacity. As far as support if you don't get a product, they are immediate so those are false reviews as well!! Getting back on track as this is the best and easiest way to get you where you need to be.
