The plot is quite similar to the Japanese movie Taiyou no uta (A song to the sun, 2006) which was based on the one-shot manga of same name. So, there's nothing new to watch if you've already watch the japanese version or read the manga before.
But I've to admit it that it's a very tragic love story which always teach us tool people something new no matter how many times you watch it.
And lastly, be ready to cry if you guys are a real sentimental one, LOL!
