To be honest I went in with low expectations with this movie. One thing I loved about the first Avatar was the creativeness of the world of Pandora and how intricate the world is. Way of Water expands upon that creativeness in new and amazing ways that I never thought possible. I felt I was part of the tribe and learning the culture and customs of the Navi. The music, the atmosphere, the visuals are all stunning. The last lengthy movie that I felt was fine for being over 3 hours was End Game and to be honest I’m glad Way of Water got the same treatment. Not just for the flushed out plot and attention to detail but for the overall experience. I really believe that James Cameron is trying his best to transport his audience to Pandora with Jake and his newfound family. Sometimes some scenes are really drawn out for what feels like for no reasons. However these drawn out scenes come full circle later in the plot emotionally for the viewer. You really feel for these characters and that is something that I really appreciate when watching a movie. Overall I am absolutely thrilled with how this movie came out and I’m so excited for the next one in the series
