Incomplete TV feel' movie that has some odd minor plot errors, and technical errors. Interesting at first, but Abrupt end leaves with feeling movie ends two thirds of the way through.
It is my sincere guess this is a elaborate and high budget pilot for a possible upcoming mini series.
(As has happened before, like with some Angel Studios Productions)
