the barbie movie was pretty good, it was a bit weird at some points but mostly, i loved it. i interpreted the barbie world as the opposite of the real world, so women run everything and the men don’t serve a lot of purpose, so i don’t understand why some people are mad about that. i think it was funny but also had some underlying and some obvious implications. all in all, i think it gave a good message, but was also comedic.
