I really wanted to love this book as the hype it got convinced me to buy. I finished it super quick and I will be honest, I was intrigued at some points, but overall, I really didn’t know how to feel. Everyone who says they are obsessed with Alex is just as much as a psychopath as he is, lol. His character disturbed me honestly & I was so mad that I couldn’t fall in love with him, it made really getting into the book SO hard. He just was so cocky and completely abusive, which made me feel off as Ava never really confronted that side of him. What really turned me off were the typos, after seeing like 3 (I think??), it started to make the whole story feel fake. I low key want to just read the series to see if I enjoy the other books & to not feel like a quitter 😭.
