This book is full of falsehood from the beggining to the end. It denies the basic principles of modern psychology and rather regress the readers perspective on psychology to pre-Freud era in 100 years ago. While it claims to borrow the ideals of Alfred Adler's theory of personal psychology, its claims directly contradicts that of Adler himself. If Adler was alive, he would have sued the author for defamation. The basic idea of the book is that one's history and trauma cannot change one's life. Rather, it claims that we create our own fears, depression, anxiety, anger, etc. and only way to get out from them is to make a decision not to act in such way. It claims that modern psychology treatment are useless. All such claims are directly opposite of the mainstream scholars of psychology - including Alder who the book claims to quote from.
