Just put this book down and I feel equal parts happy for experiencing this book, and sad that it had to finish. What an incredible story. I’m thrilled Ruth put pen to paper (or fingers to keys)to tell it. What an incredible storyteller, I was enthralled from start to finish. I laughed and cried more than I have with any book in a long time. Ruth’s writing has such a warmth, honesty, and genuineness to it. I’d like to say this should be made into a tv series or movie, but on the other hand it’s seems perfect to left just the way it is. I at least know when I’m going on my next holiday
