Why is there so much potential, but the writers squander every opportunity to make ot great? There was so much hype surrounding a Wookie Jedi, and he is killed off-screen, woth no fight scene?!?! The storyline is ok, but every chance to make it good is wasted by poor decision making. Who approves this? Who says, "Yeah, I like that." Everyone wants an escape from the Skywalker family timeline. There is soo much lore to explore and we get this garbage! Figure it out! The want, desire, and need for more Star Wars is there, just do it better.
