I tried, I really did. I have got to page 173 pushing on, waiting for something, anything to happen. I wish I'd read the other reviews sooner because I would have moved on to one of the other books in my tbr pile. I'm giving up now, I'm bored and I haven't laughed once. Perhaps it's just over my head, perhaps it's just turgid.
