This book features a plot that involves the major corporation on Mars colony, which is responsible for harvesting water, enough to feed the colony. Trish Trash is a roller girl from the local hover derby team who discovers one night that there are natives living hidden on Mars. As she progresses in her hover derby career, she comes up with a plan to save the natives and use the native fauna to procure more water for Mars. It's definitely plotted perfectly. The characters really remind you of people you have known, but they are not stereotypes. There are no minced words here. This story speaks to the heart and soul. There are some incredible feelings to this work, that are independent from the experience of reading it. This book is a whole that is greater than the sum of its parts.
