My review is based on content. This games is missing a lot of things the previous game had. 1. Traffic manager, better pedestrian bridges, better increase/decrease road heigh tool. 2. There are only 1 option for commercial and industrial zone, specialized industrial now are just a fkn building with a delimited zone for operating, the worst is the mineral industry which is only a Grey colored zone with some tractors. You are no longer able to design tourism commercials, spare or any other specialized commercial zones, same for offices. 3. No roundabouts, you got something similar but way smaller and less efficient. It's hard to move or design streets, pass, and connections for short distances. 4. There's a point where you get thousand of taxis coming from out of the city even having your own bus lines. Personalizing the roads are way inconvenient. 5. No dams or structures to put next to water bodies. No beach stuff. 6. Monuments are pure shit. You got normal European style buildings it just have a different name and it's consider a monument, that building its so big That it feels off whenever you put it. I, e one of the buildings is a corner European building... You imagine how it looks being the corner part, not many places to put it. Generally speaking, in terms of streets and trafick this games is boring, in terms of zones and buildings, it feels incomplete. In terms of economy is decent but meh.
