Great game, but when purchasing DLC for this game in the Microsoft store, I was given an error message saying "Something went wrong, try again later" So I back out and go back to the Microsoft store, purchase the DLC item I went to the first time, and GOT CHARGED TWICE.
I've requested a refund, got denied, called Microsoft and emailed them many times about it. They just tell me to change my password if someone is buying things without my consent.
No one else has access to my account, I haven't given out my email and password. I was charged twice, my refund was DENIED. And I got an email saying my case is CLOSED.
Meanwhile at least the game was fun, the other DLCs worked correctly. But Microsoft refuses to make anything right for ripped off customers.
