I'm glad that I read this book. It explains the importance of being attentive to your thoughts. He perfectly laid out the difference between being fully present than being anxious and thinking about the past or future which creates a psychological time, it's like resisting your current situation, not being fully present that creates stress, pain and not accepting the truths of who you are at the moment. You're creating an image of yourself in the future. Knowing the value of thinking and why it is not a guarantee that because you're thinking you're intelligent, intelligence is higher than just thinking.
