One of the best of this Genre I've seen; up there with "The Watchmen" & "Abraham Lincoln the Vampire Slayer". I'm sure I'll continue to come back to it as the years go by. Even if your not a fan of this Genre it'll resonate.

I couldn't sleep & kinda ran outta shows to watch, so I stuck with it & was glad I did. I remembered her from Jordan Peeles "Get out" a few years ago & he turned out familiar to from a bunch of fantasy flicks. I suspended any disbelief I had for suspense movies years ago, so no issues there. Although neither gave a Tom Hanks performance like Cast Away, I'd say it was closer to Matt Damon's "The Martian" as far as performance goes. I liked them both & they did have chemistry on & off the screen. Turns out their really married with a kid. I'm kinda a sucker for redemption movies & once I start to care for the characters I don't want either dieing off. I've also got a lil McGiver in me when it comes to improvisation or just plain thinking on your feet stuff like Captain Kirk was famous for. Even when it's far fetched its fun because in reality improbabilities are just outliers like falling out of a plane without a shoot. It's a one & a million chance to survive, but it's happened before. It was worth the watch to me.

The best of the Batman Enterprise ! Origin, context, evolution, climax & some how seamlessly weaving in great choreography & special effects. Acting was great, despite Bailes over the top raspy voice, but I got use to it. Great film !

It's probably not fare to look back at a dated film & call it cheesy, but it does have all the elements. That said; your bound to find a favorite actor in this star studded cast & if your in a silly mood or hanging with the Bro's, it might be fun. Who's who's have certainly got better, but for many years they were just a reason to hang out with others stars you haven't met yet & this was one em. I might add a start or two with a joint & a stiff drink.

It's really well down done across the board & well worth the watch. Years ago this would've had huge big screen success, but it'll take a lil longer these days to catch on thru streaming. When it does it'll probably become a classic like " Lil Big Man & Dances with Wolves".

Not long ago this doc. would have bothered me, because whether it's pro or con it still drives social friction. That said; the Doc. Isn't judgemental. It simply asks why do some sources deserve the benefit of the doubt & others don't ? It's a good question & an imperative one, considering the length that many will go, to serve their passion; a passion not unlike religious fundamentalist have for their beliefs. Whatever our choices are, especially when we allow ourselves to demene others because of them, we have to question even ourselves. We need more doc's like this to dig even deeper.

Almost half way thru I realized that " A few good men" had to be inspired by this movie. Same theme & plot. Both good movies.

Dark humor, what can I say, I liked it. The charactor Larry Gopnik is a Married with children suburban Jonah. He just can't catch a break, so he keeps seeking comfort from an echelon of Rabbi's & Esquires who have either no answers at all or just irrelevant stories. The dry humor sneaks up on ya & suddenly your chuckling on & off till the end when you get the answer he was looking for; tho he doesn't.

A monster movie with a great cast, suspense & not just about destroying . Good job !

Great story & fabulous cast that relates to anyone who has a dream. Jennifer Lawrence never fails to please. She's genuine & in the moment right thru. I've watched Joy at least dozen times since it's been released over 5 years ago & It'll be on my go to list for years to come.
